ABOUT
OUR EVENT:
The goal
of this project is to bring a unique Tattoo show to Northwich, and to raise
money
for Action Medical Research.
In September 2010,
I undertook a Trek to Machu Picchu in Peru for the Charity. Whilst there we
were informed
of all the important work that the Charity carries out, including eradicating
Polio and research into improving the
survival chances of Premature babies.
I wanted to continue raising money for the Charity, and so together with my
good friend, Andy Hughes, we decided to
take up a much harder challenge and climb Africa's highest mountain, Mount
Kilimanjaro in October 2012 to help
Action Medical Research fund their vital work.
We received so
many generous donations in our charity competition last year, that this time,
we decided to
give something back. We contacted 24 top Tattooists , who all agreed to donate
their days taking
to our charity, along with a multitude of Musicians, DJ's and Artists who
are donating their time and talents
to make this a very special event.
We also have a number of traders and Tattoo magazines in attendance (see
the links below)
We're still finalizing all the details so check back for more information.
This is an entirely non-profit making event. All proceeds will be going to Action Medical Research.
Tickets will be
£12, and everyone who attends will be entered into a draw with some
very special prizes, including
a days tattooing by me.
Thanks for your support and look forward to seeing you on the day.
